I’ve spent over two decades guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their pleasure, and feel radiantly confident in their own skin.

But before I became this unapologetically turned-on, fully alive woman… I was stuck.

Stuck in the numbness of a life that looked pretty damn good on the outside but felt like a slow death on the inside.

I was 47 when I hit my personal rock bottom. I’d spent years checking off all the boxes: the marriage, the house, the kids, the career. Doing everything right—by society’s standards, anyway. And yet, I was living life on autopilot. Completely disconnected from my own joy.

Alcohol was my go-to escape—a daily ritual to blur the edges of my dissatisfaction. It dulled the ache but deepened the numbness. And when I finally quit drinking, the harsh truth became impossible to ignore: I was existing, not living.

I looked around and thought, Is this it? Is this what I’ve worked so hard for? To simply coast through life, half-alive, waiting to die? Where was the vibrance, the pleasure, the deep, pulsing aliveness I craved?

Everything I’d been taught about being a woman—how to do life “right”—had only led me to a place of soul-crushing mediocrity. I’d been following a script designed to keep me small, and I was done with it.

Then I found Pussy: A Reclamation by Regena Thomashauer. And everything fucking changed.
This book ripped open the cage I’d been living in, obliterating everything I thought I knew about pleasure, power, and being a woman.

I didn’t just read the book—I let it set me on fire. I joined Mama Gena’s Pussy Leadership Mastermind—a six-month experience that reawakened me from the inside out. Through this radical sisterhood, I learned to listen to my body, honor my desires, and celebrate my sensuality as my most potent source of power.

I ended my marriage—not because I was broken, but because I was finally whole.
I stepped into a season of freedom, pleasure, epic love, and conscious partnership. I reclaimed my radiance. And life became a wild, delicious, orgasmically good adventure.

Since then, I’ve woven everything I’ve learned—my decades of coaching, my pleasure work, my mastery of embodiment and mindfulness—into a signature, body-awakening, heart-opening experience for women like you.

Hi, I’m Barb - Aka Spiritual Pleasure Popstar, aka Awareness Muse, aka Sex & Love Coach Extraordinaire.

I’ve been deep in this work for over 13 years—guiding women to reclaim their turn-on, melt open in love, and create the kind of pleasure-filled, deeply connected relationships they never knew were possible.

But before I became this multiorgasmic, powerfully turned-on woman, I was stuck in situationship hell. While my friends were walking down the aisle, I was attracting emotionally unavailable men on repeat. It was my personal come-to-Jesus moment when I realized something had to change. I had inherited a survival-based model of love, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t break the cycle—until I sought out the real-deal experts. Coaches. Therapists. Training after training. And finally, everything clicked.

Fast forward: I did the work, I called in my King. It was magic. Mutual love, harmony, deep intimacy. And then…the sex died. I felt numb, empty—like something essential in me had vanished.

The doctor told me it was just a phase. But I knew better.

That’s when I went all in on pleasure. Not just intimacy training—but feminine pleasure, the kind that awakens your body, electrifies your soul, and makes you feel alive from the inside out. I found Mama Gena, and the doors blew open. My turn-on revitalized. My body reawakened. I stepped into my Goddess.

Since then, I’ve blended everything—my deep relationship and intimacy training with my raw, untamed pleasure education—and it’s been nothing short of life-altering for me, my clients, and my relationship.

I’m a certified Master Coach in the SWA (run by the legendary Mama Gena) and even coach inside her certification program. I’m trained by Layla Martin, a certified S Factor teacher, and have more certifications than I can count.

But beyond all that? I’ve created my own special sauce—a pleasure-based, body-awakening, heart-opening, wildly transformational experience.
